Kimberly Henrichs, M.D., F.A.A.P.

Dr. Kimberly Henrichs provides care at both SWCC Medical Center and SWCC Hill Country locations.

Dr. Kimberly L. Henrichs is a board-certified pediatrician who joined Southwest Children’s Center in 2024. Dr. Henrichs is originally from Northern California. Her education and training took her to Creighton (NE), UC Davis (CA), and UW Madison (WI). Fresh out of fellowship in 2013, Dr. Henrichs moved to San Antonio and worked as a board-certified pediatric endocrinologist until she discovered that she had a deeper passion for helping others love and care for their growing families in all realms of primary health care. She worked within the military medical system from 2016-2024, coming alongside San Antonio’s strong military presence as a general pediatrician as well as training future military medical pediatric residents. 

Dr. Henrichs is married to the love of her life ,Shawn Henrichs, and has 2 energetic children. In addition to the joys of raising young kids, Dr. Henrichs is grateful for the outdoors, art, exercising, travel, cooking, and serving in her church and community.

Dr. Henrichs adores being a pediatrician and a mom. She cares deeply for her patients and is a strong advocate for their holistic health. Dr. Henrichs has a special interest in infants, young children, safety and prevention, nutrition/exercise, and continuity of care. Dr. Henrichs looks forward to partnering with you to help your family grow and thrive.
