Sarah Alpini, D.O., F.A.A.P.

Dr. Sarah Alpini is a board-certified pediatrician who joined Southwest Children’s Center in 2022. She graduated from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas in 2014 with her Bachelor of Science in biology and minor in studio art.

She completed a Master of Science in Medical Science at the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth, Texas, and she received her medical degree from Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas. She completed her pediatric residency training at University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio in 2022.

Dr. Alpini's interests in pediatrics include preventative medicine and safety, weight management, dermatologic conditions, mental health care, and child advocacy. She enjoys exploring the trails in San Antonio with her rescue dog as well as weightlifting, yoga, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family.
